I'm returning to Tilton House for a third time for a weekend of yoga goodness. There is something truly magical about this place.... 

Join me for a weekend of yoga, delicious food, country walks, and lots of laughter with old and new friends. Nestled in the stunning South Downs, Tilton House is one of the most popular yoga retreat destinations in the country. We will do a mixture of strong and gentle yoga practices and meditations, hike through the countryside, relax, and eat fresh home-cooked vegetarian food.

My goal for the weekend is for you to leave feeling like you’ve had a complete system reset… with the body and mind refreshed and rejuvenated.

Sample schedule:


4pm -- Arrive at 4pm, settle in

5:30-7pm -- Slow flow vinyasa class

7:15pm – Dinner



7:45 – 9:30am – Vinyasa flow class

9:30am – Breakfast

Free time to rest or explore

11:45-1pm -- Optional yoga or meditation

1:00pm – Lunch


5-7pm – Restorative Yoga

7:15pm – Dinner



8-9:30am – Vinyasa flow class

9:30am – Breakfast

Free time to rest or explore

11:45-1pm -- Gentle flow

1:30pm -- Lunch

Depart by 3:30pm



£375 for twin room sharing

£325 for triple room sharing (must be booked all together)

(£150 non-refundable deposit, with balance due

6 weeks prior to retreat)

Prices includes all yoga, accommodation, and food

and drinks

Please note: there is no option for single room occupancy.

All levels welcome except for complete beginners.
