Hello! Thanks for visiting my website. Here's a little bit about me......


I discovered yoga in 2000 in a warehouse in Los Angeles with a hundred people crammed together mat-to-mat, and I've been hooked ever since. Yoga has seen me through ten years in Corporate America, a professional dance career, motherhood (still in the trenches on that one!) and now I'm sharing what I've learned and learning along the way. My yoga practice and my teaching change every day because I'm constantly learning about the body, the breath, the spirit, how we move, why we move, and how it all relates ... and this exploration fascinates me and keeps me moving, breathing, and trying to share my findings.


I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to England in 2012. I've completed a 200-hour vinyasa flow certification in London, a 35-hour restorative yoga training with Anna Ashby at Triyoga, and 18 months of mentoring from Naomi Absalom. I've also assisted on two 200hour Teacher Training programs, and absolutely love working with new and trainee teachers. 


I like teaching a slow but strong vinyasa flow, mixed in with pranayama, restorative, and yoga nidra. My classes are pretty strong, but I try to make them accessible for all levels. I'm passionate about using the breath as a tool to create change in the body and the mind. I aim to create a space for people to improve their lives from the inside out.


When not teaching yoga, I'm hanging out with my two little boys in the English countryside, reading, writing, and watching bad TV.

In July 2020, I launched my own studio The Movement.
